1. Step 1: Sign up to receive a Children's Hour pack.
2. Step 2: Tell all your colleagues about Children's Hour. Put up the posters, send out the email, shout it from the roof tops. Simply right-click on the following link and choose 'save link/target as...' to download our publicity pack, which includes a web banner, pay pledge and A4 poster.
3. Step 3: Circulate the pay pledge to your colleagues asking them how much they would like to contribute. Click here to download the form which you can email to them also. Your colleagues can donate in two ways via payroll deduction or by making a collection. We can provide you with a donation envelope that you can circulate in your company if you would like to make a cash collection. Employees can fill in their pay pledge and pop it in envelope with their donation.
4. Step 4: Ask your employer to consider making a company donation, perhaps to match the contribution of the staff? If you need help on doing this we can send you a presentation that will provide more information on the work we do. Email: sabina@iyf.ie to receive one.
5. Step 5: Once the deductions have been made, send in your total cheque to the Irish Youth Foundation.
